These terms govern the use of LUMYRA (the "Service"), an AI saju reading service operated by [to be filled: operator] (the "Company").

1. What the Service does

The Service computes a four-pillars chart from the birth details you enter and has an AI write a reading grounded in that computation.

Readings are entertainment and reference content. They are not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. Consult a professional for important decisions.

2. Accounts

  • An account is required to receive readings. You can sign up with email and password or with a Kakao or Google account.
  • Accounts are personal. You are responsible for your password and devices.
  • You must be at least 14 years old.
  • The Company may restrict or delete accounts for violations, abuse or long inactivity.

3. Payment and refunds

All readings are free during the beta. After launch, prices are as shown on screen.

A reading is digital content whose generation starts immediately. Refunds are generally not available once generation has started, except when a service failure prevented the reading from being produced or most of it was not generated, in which case we refund in full. Request refunds through the contact page.

4. Content rights

  • The readings, artwork, characters and world of the Service belong to the Company.
  • You may read and keep your own readings for personal use. Copying, distributing or selling whole readings, or using them as training data for other services, is not allowed.
  • Questions and inquiries you write remain yours; the Company uses them only to provide and improve the Service.

5. Prohibited conduct

  • Entering someone else's birth details without their consent
  • Generating readings in bulk by automated means or overloading the Service
  • Circumventing security or trying to access other users' readings
  • Using reading content to discriminate against or defame others, or for unlawful purposes

6. Changes and interruptions

The Company may change products, guide characters and the structure of readings, with advance notice on screen for material changes. The Service may be interrupted for maintenance, failures or force majeure; we restore it as quickly as we can.

7. Limitation of liability

How you interpret and act on a reading is your responsibility. Readings do not guarantee any outcome, and except for wilful misconduct or gross negligence the Company is not liable for damages arising from reading content.

8. Changes to these terms

Changes are announced on the Service at least 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes unfavourable to users). If you do not agree, you may delete your account.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are handled by the court with jurisdiction over the Company's seat. Contact us through the contact page or [to be filled: contact].
